Maximum Durability: Gates Super Premium Reinforced Belt

Upgrade your transmission’s reliability with the Gates Super Premium CVT Drive Belt. Engineered for high-load applications, this belt is constructed with specialized EPDM rubber compounds and high-tensile cords to resist the heat and stretching that lead to "belt snap" in tuned GY6 engines. Whether you are commuting or pushing a big-bore kit, Gates provides the consistent grip and power transfer required for peak performance.

Technical Performance Features

• Advanced EPDM Construction: Designed to withstand extreme transmission temperatures, significantly extending service life compared to standard chloroprene belts.
• High-Tensile Cords: Minimizes belt stretch during hard acceleration, ensuring your variator and clutch stay in the optimal power band.
• Precision Cog Profile: Optimized for GY6 150cc pulleys to reduce internal friction and noise while maximizing airflow within the CVT case.
• Vento Phantom Optimized: The exact factory-spec upgrade for the Vento Phantom series, providing a smoother ride and better top-end stability.
