How do I place an order?

Add parts to your cart and check out online. For larger or repeat orders, email us your list and we will prepare it for you.

How do I find the right part for my engine?

Use the left menu: choose your engine type (GY6 scooter, CG / E22, pocket bike / off road, or your ATV brand), or browse by part type. If you are not sure, send us the engine size and a photo of the old part.

Is there a minimum order?

No. Prices on the site are wholesale prices. For larger orders, contact us for a lower quote.

What payment methods do you accept?

Credit and debit cards, bank transfer (wire), and Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay at checkout.

How long until my order ships?

3-5 business days after payment. Express delivery (DHL, UPS, FedEx) then takes 3-7 days to the US.

How are shipping costs calculated?

By total weight and destination. Orders of 25 kg or more get a much lower express rate, and orders of 100 kg or more ship free by economy sea freight. Details are on the Shipping & Returns page.

Where can I see the weight of an item?

On every product page and in your cart.

What if a part is defective or the wrong one?

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We send a replacement or refund, and we cover the shipping. See Shipping & Returns.
