We ship from China to the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and the United Kingdom.
Order processing
Orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days after payment is received.

Delivery times start when the order is dispatched and may vary with customs clearance and destination.
Order 25 kg or more for the lowest express rate
DHL offers competitive rates on larger shipments, and the cost per kg drops sharply once an order reaches 25 kg (24.9 kg and above). The weight of every item is shown on its product page and in your cart, so you can see how close your order is to 25 kg before you check out.
Free shipping: 100 kg or more
Orders of 100 kg or more ship free by economy sea freight. Sea freight is a good option for stocking regular parts at a lower cost. Put 100 kg or more in your cart to see it at checkout.

Returns
We do not accept returns for change of mind. We handle defective parts and wrong items only.
Defective or wrong items
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
- Send your order number and clear photos of the part and the packaging.
- We will confirm the issue and, at your choice, send a replacement or issue a refund.
- We cover the shipping cost of the replacement.
